When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database
only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart and understand and save your preferences for future visits.

Return Policy & Cancelling Orders:

There is a 48 hour opportunity period to cancel orders. If the request for cancellation exceeds 48 hours, it is at A&R’s discretion whether or not the cancellation will be made. A&R is a custom shop with resources being assigned to orders very quickly, with short production lead times.

Due to the nature of the business offering exclusively custom holsters made specifically to order, we do not accept returns. If you ordered incorrectly and have received the holster that you ordered, we do not accept these mistakes as returns. 

If we incorrectly manufactured your order, please see the Warranty Policy for instructions.


Shipping Policy:

Products are shipped First-Class Shipping (2-5 Days) and tracking information will be provided to the customer.

A&R Design LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once it leaves the manufacturing facility. Once a product is scanned into the USPS system all issues are to be filed through USPS claims for lost or stolen goods.

If you receive notification that a package was delivered but the product is not at the delivered location, please take up further grievances with your local Post Office and provide them with the tracking information provided by A&R.

If you provide A&R Design with an incorrect address and the product does not arrive in the correct location; A&R is not liable for the missing or lost product.

Current lead times for Standard Processing as defined in the builders is 2-4 weeks production time.

Rush Ordering is 7 Business days production. All KYDEX items must be rushed for the order to be processed.

Warranty Information:

Shapeways Store EDC Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect from our Shapeways Store, please follow the steps outlined on Shapeways.com/terms_and_conditions for customer service help. In most cases, Shapeways will send a replacement product without return receipt needed.

Holster Manufacturing Defects: Manufacturing defects are 100% covered either by refund upon receipt of the holster, or remade/reworked upon receipt of the holster. If a manufacturing defect is found after a 60 day period after receiving a holster, warranty policy does not apply. The customer will be provided with a printable return shipping label.

Holster Cosmetic Defects from Use/Misuse: A&R does not warranty cosmetic blemishes to holsters from use or misuse. Holsters are wear items and are subjected to variety of stresses, strains, and environmental effects.

After receiving a holster and you find that you need a different sized belt loop; contact us through email for payment and shipping instructions. A nominal fee will be required for cost and shipping of new hardware.
